In the event a Retailer violates this policy, Woodstock Chimes may terminate its business relationship with the violating Retailer, cancel, restrict, or refuse any of the Retailer’s pending or future orders, suspend Retailer’s account, or exercise any other remedy available to Woodstock Chimes at law or equity.
All websites and online marketplace stores will be checked by Woodstock Chimes. Woodstock Chimes reserves the right to refuse any reseller's request to sell or display our products at any time.

We want our retailers and customers to be happy with all Woodstock Chimes products. Most Woodstock Chimes products are covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that slight cracks and variations are normal for bamboo chimes and should not be considered a defect. Woodstock Chimes will honor claims of cracking substantial enough to severely alter the structure of a product if reported within 30 days. Tuning of all Woodstock Chimes made with metal tubes is guaranteed for life.
All returns require a return authorization number, available by calling our Customer Care department at 800-422-4463. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned or refused merchandise. Must be in sellable condition and in original packaging. Claims for returns on items that are damaged, defective or due to an order discrepancy must be made within 30 days.
